Insurance and Fees

I am out-of-network with most insurances. Check your insurance plan to find out how to get reimbursed for out-of-network benefits should you want to work with me

I am currently credentialed with the following insurances:

• Aetna

• Cigna

• Medicaid

• United Healthcare/Optum

Self pay price:

• Intake for treatment: $250

• Individual Therapy: $200

• Couples Therapy: $175

• Family Therapy: $150

• Group Therapy: $40

I am also offering a sliding scale fee for individuals who want to work with me however cannot afford the traditional route. An application and discussion will determine the amount of the fee.
